The body of believers who make up the Cove Church of the Nazarene would like to invite you to come and worship with us.
Not sure what to expect? We realize that visiting a new church can be a little intimidating, so we'd like to answer some common questions.
What is the Church of
the Nazarene? The Church of the Nazarene is a part of the body of Orthodox Christianity who believe salvation is by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9
What kind of services do you have? Our services last between an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, during which time we worship with both traditional and contemporary songs along with prayer, offering, and some announcements. Before the speaker brings the message, the younger children are given the opportunity to go to a service more suited for their age group.
Do I have to be a member to attend? If Jesus would have accepted you among the five thousand, we see no reason to turn anyone away.
How big is the church? We are a very fluid community due to the influence of our military personnel which makes up a large percentage of our congregation, and thus we have varied in our morning services from 80 to 180.
Do you have childcare? All of our services provide nursery and childcare.
Is there something for my teenager? We have an active teen programs for Sundays and Wednesdays.
How do I become a member? Experience us for a few services, and the pastor will be thrilled to spend whatever amount of time is necessary to answer your questions and to share with you all those things believed by our denomination.
Where are you located? We are located at 964 W. Hwy 190 in Copperas Cove, TX.
